The children in Senior Infants had fun eating pancakes on Pancake Tuesday. As part of their Procedural Writing they planned out the recipe and enjoyed watching Mrs Brennan cook the pancakes in class. They added their own toppings of choice .
Mr Mulrooney and Ms Curran tasted one and gave thumbs up!
